They are welcoming to our two-mom family, and even cloth diapered with us! The rates are expensive but competitive. We're thrilled to send our daughter there.

It's hard to find a center that you can trust (especially as a first time daycare user) and we LOVE Little Angels!

My girls started going here when they were 3 and 3 months. My now 4 year old has come out of her shell SO much since starting. It's a night and day difference. She looks forward to coming every day and has learned so much. My now 1 year old has so much fun! I enjoy the pictures and updates we get, it's awesome to see what they're doing throughout the day. Little Angels has been such a great place for our 2 year old since we moved from a different center a few months ago. The teachers and staff are all so caring and were very supportive and helpful as he transitioned and got comfortable in a new place. I am amazed at how much our son has learned in the 4 months he has been here and am confident our new baby will be happy here as well. In addition to the great teachers, I really appreciate the way in which the center itself is run, specifically their focus on cultural diversity and providing a welcoming, supportive space for everyone.

We have been extremely pleased with the care, learning, and love that Little Angels has provided for our children. We have had kids in their programs ranging from infant (3 mo) up to the young preschool (3.5 y). The infant teachers were like extra mothers to my baby, and I felt so lucky to have that comfort when I was leaving my child there. The teachers for the older age groups do a great job incorporate positive teaching styles and lots of hands on learning activities, and I feel like my preschooler is engaged and challenged every day. The teachers really seem to understand the unique challenges to this preschool age, and I like how the learning activities go beyond academic skills to focus on social and emotional development. In addition to the great teachers, I really appreciate the way in which the center itself is run, specifically their focus on cultural diversity and providing a welcoming, supportive space for everyone. Despite the fact that it is a relatively large center, it really feels more like an extended family. We love LAPD and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a childcare center.

We have been at Little Angels for more than 2 years (we now have a 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old enrolled 3 days a week). I have been extremely pleased with the care they've received. The staff does a great job of providing the children with stimulating and creative activities, lots of outdoor time when weather permits, and helps them to develop social, emotional, and physical skills that they need. I have found the lead teachers in every room to be great communicators, both for updates on day-to-day activities/issues and for discussions about my children's longer-term development and growth. I have recommended Little Angels to a number of people looking for a daycare and will continue to do so.

My one-and-a-half-year-old attends daycare at LAPD full time, and we have been really happy here. The curriculum is thoughtful and responsive -- they embrace the needs of my child. I know that everyone in the building cares about my daughter's safety and well-being (isn't that all any of us wants). To top it off, the hours are THE BEST I have seen for daycare, and they never close unexpectedly (very reliable).

We enrolled our daughter at 16 months old. We love the staff, both classroom and management. They did a wonderful job getting her to transition into daycare and accommodated her needs perfectly! The center is in a great location for us, is well organized, has a great outdoor space for all ages, and they are always working to improve it to provide opportunities for learning!

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience! I was a typical nervous mama dropping her off in the early days. Miss Joanie eased the transition by sending me messages and photos during the day to let me know all was well. I appreciated that so much! She and the other teachers in the infant room were so kind, patient, and accommodating. Since then she has gone through mobile infants with Miss McKenna, young toddlers with Miss Cierra. All of the teachers - including the others assisting in the rooms, I haven't listed them all - have been *wonderful* people. Now that she's older, I am always amazed at the creative activities the teachers come up with! They do art projects, sing songs, read books, play outside. It is a blast hearing all the new things she learns. The best recommendation I have is that when I ask my daughter if she's ready to go to school in the morning, she says "YES!" and runs to the door. Ha! Thanks to the Little Angels staff for doing such a great job!

My son started attending preschool at L.A.P.D. for two mornings a week since he was 4. He loves his young pre-k teachers. The teachers in pre-k class were really good at making sure he learned what he needs to enter Kindergarten. They have a well rounded schedule for the children; lots of playtime, and a healthy menu for lunches. L.A.P.D. presents a very close knit group among the administration and teachers. It has a family atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who helped raising Danny with me.

He's made so many friends and learned so much at LAPD. My son had never been in any type of daycare setting before, and finding Little Angels was such a relief when we moved to southeast Michigan a year ago. The staff are wonderful with the kids, they greet children by their name and really know when they need to cuddle and have a hug. My son has been able to meet kids that are forming the foundation of his friendships to come and has made wonderful memories. The staff think about developing the children's skills for kindergarten ready and for everyday use. Every day my daughter learns through experience and fun structured activities. It amazes me how much she has learned. My daughter still has another year until Kindergarten, but I feel like she is prepared and has the skills she needs to succeed already!
